How to Join Your Microsoft Teams Consultation
For a seamless consultation experience with Walden Legal Solutions, please ensure you have a camera and microphone ready. You can join the meeting using a desktop computer or smartphone, but note that calling in via landline or cell phone is not supported.
Joining Your Microsoft Teams Meeting:
Device Requirements:

- Desktop Computer: Ensure you have a connected camera and microphone.
- Smartphone: Must have a camera.
Joining Options:

- Continue on Your Desktop Browser: Join a Teams meeting on the web without downloading.
- Download the Windows App: Optional for future meetings.
- Download the Smartphone App: Required for smartphone access.
Teams on Smartphone / App:

- Download Required: Instructions vary by smartphone type.
- From your Calendar, select Join on a meeting.
- Turn on your camera and select Background filters for appearance options:
- Select a custom background.
- Select Blur.
- Choose your audio settings and select Join Now.
Teams on Desktop / Web:

- In your email invite, select Click here to join the meeting.
- You can also use a dial-in number and conference ID from the email.
- Type your name and choose your audio and video settings.
- Select Join now to enter the lobby, where our Attorney will admit you.
