- All Chapters: Flat fees apply for all bankruptcy case ensuring transparency and no hidden costs. The exact fee is determined during your consultation, based on the complexity of your case.
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
- All-Inclusive Flat Fee: Covers attorney services, court filing fees, credit counseling and debtor education courses, credit report with credit monitoring, and related costs.
- Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before filing your case.
- Flexible Payment Plans: Available to help make retaining our services more manageable without requiring a large lump-sum payment.
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
- Small Upfront Fee: Affordable filing options are available for clients who agree to make their monthly plan payments through a wage withholding order.
- Court Filing Fees:
- Kansas Cases: Filing fees may be paid through your repayment plan.
- Missouri Cases: Filing fees must be paid upfront before filing.
- Attorney Fees: The remaining attorney fees are paid through your Chapter 13 repayment plan.
