Our Communication Values
At Walden Legal Solutions, LLC, we prioritize clear and timely communication. As a virtual law office, we strive to provide outstanding service through multiple communication channels: phone, text, voicemail, mail, and email.
To protect your confidentiality and maximize efficiency, we do not use social media for client communication.
Responsibility to Update Contact Information
As our Client, please notify us promptly if your contact information changes. Delays in receiving important communications due to outdated information may negatively impact your case.
Legal Service Updates
We will keep you informed of significant developments in your matter. Updates and invoices are generally sent via email. For events requiring your attendance (e.g., court dates or meetings), you may also receive a calendar invitation as a reminder.
Email Communication
Email is often our primary mode of communication. We respond in the order received and by urgency, aiming to reply within two business days for non-emergencies. For efficient responses, please include a detailed message outlining your question or concern. Requests solely for callbacks or without specific information may receive a reminder email to schedule a call.
Phone Calls
While we aim to be accessible, we generally schedule calls in advance to ensure focused attention. If you need a phone meeting, please schedule with Attorney Malissa Walden. Scheduled calls take precedence over return calls and voicemails from unscheduled inquiries.
Appointments
As a virtual office, all appointments, including video conferences, must be scheduled in advance. If you are late or need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
Document Submission
Please gather and submit requested documents promptly, using your Portal or our secure web submission tool.
Respectful Communication
We understand that legal matters can be stressful. We ask that all communications with our attorneys and staff remain respectful. Our goal is to support you in achieving the best outcome for your case.
Scope of Policy
This policy applies to clients who have retained our services and signed a Representation Agreement with Walden Legal Solutions, LLC. We do not offer legal advice to non-clients; please schedule a consultation if you wish to discuss your legal needs.
