Restrictions

I understand that I am NOT allowed to:

  • Use my personal credit card to pay attorney fees or costs for my bankruptcy case.
  • Include any credit card payment of these fees as a debt in my bankruptcy proceedings.

Approved Payment Methods

I understand that I AM allowed to:

  • Set up payments through personal eCheck/ACH for my bankruptcy case.
  • Use my personal debit or check card to make payments related to my bankruptcy case.
  • Have a friend or family member make a payment on my behalf via credit card, debit card, or other methods, provided these payments are disclosed to my attorney.

Additional Terms

  • Non-compliance: I understand that if I fail to comply with this agreement, my credit card issuer may object to my bankruptcy discharge.
  • Damages and Fees: Walden Legal Solutions, LLC reserves the right to recover any damages and attorney fees incurred due to my bankruptcy filing and efforts to collect outstanding amounts.

I acknowledge that I should NOT make an online payment without an Attorney/Client Agreement in place.
